Always

This print is part of an exploration with a 3D scanner and modeling software. An oversized square knot tied with thick nylon rope was scanned with a 3D scanner and further refined with the software system, Maya.

I combined the knot with the word always to create ambiguous yet declarative poster that is evocative of the monumental typographic works of Ed Ruscha and Wayne White.

Awarded the University of Florida Henri Theil Memorial University Gallery Purchase Award. Included in the permanent collection of the University Gallery.
