Alys Beach Caliza Pool and Village Collateral
These brochures were created visualize and advertise two of Alys Beach’s planned amenities, Caliza Pool, a salt water swimming pool and the Villages at Alys Beach, a mixed-use urban village along the beach front during their construction and development. Vintage-inspired stock photography is coupled with artistic renderings of the architectural drawings. The marbled white paper stock is reminiscent of the pure white stucco walls that is a trademark of the Alys Beach architecture.
